Engineering


The core function of the Engineering Department is to support the plant for smooth running at maximum efficiency. In this regard, Engineering Department plans its routine maintenance and annual shutdown maintenance activities

Engineering Department comprises the following sections:

  1. Mechanical (Maintenance)
  2. Electrical & Electronics
  3. Civil

In this regard, Engineering Department has developed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and relevant work instructions of each section so that all machines and equipments remain in a best operating condition throughout the year as per the requirement of production process. Usually, Engineering Department carries out following maintenance work:-

  1. Routine Maintenance
  2. Breakdown Maintenance
  3. Preventive Maintenance
  4. Outside / Contract Maintenance
